You will be directly reporting to the Professional Marketing Manager. OBJECTIVE
• The Candidate would be the company’s representative at the Tier1 and EndUser level with technological expertise in the designated area of Professional Print Graphic Arts Sector. Tier 1 is defined as the company’s incountry distribution partners and regional distribution partners. EndUser gets defined as Graphic Arts Publishing Commercial Printing Creative Design Print for Pay Vertical Market.
• Identify map and determine weightage of EndUser Graphic Arts segment contribution to the business and potential of the Graphic Arts segment. By Country.
• Establish EndUser contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of the large companies and Governmental Organizations for Graphic Arts segment by countries Key Account Decision Makers.
• Identify and understand the potential opportunities available at each Graphic Arts Account to enhance the business and Brand Image and Market Share Tier 1 and Enduser level.
• Set Marketing Activities training seminar PR Budgets per each Account Tier 1 and Enduser based on their Activity Calendars if required.
• Plan and Implement the above described activities based on area strategy product planning and market analysis to meet the company’s growth objectives. by country
• Liaise with Area ManagersProduct Managers regarding the technical requirements of the customer’s projects integrate and be able to assist enduser with a solution approach.
• Liaise with Area ManagersProduct Managers to proceed with Product Launching implement product strategy and provide a proper feedback to the Head office.
• Maintain Track and report all Market related information about the company and Competitors in terms of new products prices activities strategies.
• Undertake and organize regular Tier 1 and enduser trainings market assessments and monitorreport on competitor activity.
• Visit potential new Accounts and Business Partners on a regular basis to provide visible support and assistance where required.
• Derive Partner wise Sales information and drive the marketing activities towards enhancing the Partner wise Sales Track and report the sales evaluation.
• Conducting Graphic Arts Concept knowledge and experience to the company Partner Sales and PreSales forces.
• Developing Graphic Arts new application ideas using Professional Print techniques VDP W2P. Production workflow.
• Running Professional Demoes to Graphic Arts Customer at CME regional Showroom.
Performing Graphic Arts Application testing and proof of concept.

Mid Term Plan
• Tier1 andor End User Management in terms of regular and effective Marketing activities product and sales training seminars PR activities to enhance the company’s Brand Image with a positive business impact on the sales.
• Analyze current Partner situation for and make shortMidterm Partner strategy for business considering company and product situation.
• Contribute to the company’s growth objectives by setting the Market Universe and analyzing growth trends of market and competition.
Account Strategy
• Analyze market situations in Graphic Arts Segment and use the analysis as the basis to formulate local account strategy with the Marketing Manager.
• Based on Partner wise Area and Product factors make basic plans for the Individual Partner Strategy for the Product Group to sum up the Strategy for the PANME Key Accounts Tier 1 and Enduser. المهارات

Previous Experience Education and Job Learning
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic essential.
• Relevant recognized formal qualifications university level desirable.
• Good experience in Graphic Arts Printing Industry OffsetDigital Printing.
• Strong knowledge of Color hybrid workflows.
• Good General experience in Digital Printing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar international or regional sales role with a similar company national distributor or trading company very desirable.
• Background and knowledge of market environments desirable.
• High level of written and spoken communications essential.
• Professional appearance attitude and communication style essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint essential.
