Learning Solutions Project Manager Frazer JonesUAERef KP489295The RoleThe RoleThe key duties and responsibilities of this role are System implementation project management preparing business requirements system requirements test plans status reports project plans release notes and training and marketing materials Manage the implementation of custom platformsportal Perform daytoday functionality administration and maintenance of the company inhouse elearning solution Collaborate with the Head of Learning Solutions and Operations Manager relevant department members and support teams to build the functionality reporting and learning environment required to meet the client training needs identified Deliver a measurable learning experience linked to user performance of products Manage the online products to deliver ease of use for the end users and ensure continuous improvement of user experience Run monthly reports on help desk performance user activity and user attendance Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to end users by investigating all questionsissues Collaborate with IT and LS global PM team for support issues Be a subject matter expert in your area Analyze and update existing processes and suggest improvements Test systems and courses to ensure reliability and availability Generate analyse and establish metrics to improve system usage Develop and deploy evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning Produce reports for management. RequirementsRequirements Applies best practices tools and techniques to review and continuously improve the quality effectiveness and efficiency of tasks completed Proficient in handling multiple tasks Proactive in seeking guidance when appropriate happy and capable of working independently to complete tasks to a high standard Consistent and reliable in supporting Project Managers in fulfilling high profile projects Has an eye for detail and can dissect a problem into small manageable parts and provide analysis on findings A team player Proficient in MS office and fundamental knowledge of HTML A good understanding of Adobe CS or other graphic design packages Experience working on elearning projects and developingcustomizing elearning platforms Experience managing a LMS and CMS Experience administering a LMS and CMS running reports data input loading courses Arabic speaker not essential but an advantage Knowledge and experience of the Middle East region is a requirement.
