The Communications and PR Officer leads the organization communications and PR programs inclusive of media relations the production and dissemination of relevant materials and the management of outreach media outlets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop the organization comprehensive communicationsmarketing plan.
•Conceptualize write and place print and audiovisual products such as press releases and announcements.
•Supervise and coordinate the process of producing the organization informational materials internally and externally inclusive of input for graphic design infographs and awareness videos.
•Develop content for the organization website and other social outreach media such as Facebook and Twitter.
•Organize events discussions and debates internally and externally to present the organization informational products and materials.
•Produce a monthly newsletter.
•Build relationships with Insurance companies NGOs mediumlarge employers and any other organization to increase exposure and medical referrals.
•Organize and attend PRsales drives at community events medical events corporations and Public areas
Skills
University degree in communication journalism marketing or related fields.
Minimum three years in public relations or a marketing position.
Excellent Arabic and English oral and written communication skills and the ability to write clearly for news organizations speeches and presentations.
Must be selfmotivated and independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
