Job descriptionThe main purpose of this position is to coordinate all graphic design activities and requirements within averda to support all communications marketing activities. You will own the brand guidelines locally and evolve them where necessary. While you will have support from specialist outside agencies for larger briefs for internal work you will manage it from brief to creative concept and execution. You will ensure all projects are delivered on brand and in a timely and accurate basis. In addition you will support business units in all related brand matters. This position reports to the Brand Marketing Communications Manager. Manage  the creative briefing process ensuring the team has relevant information and  materials required to deliver the best creative product. Adaptation of major graphic design requirements. Design produce marketing communications print digital layouts  material for a wide variety of internal external clients. Collaborate  with marketing design account teams to develop creative solutions and  then translate the solutions through  a variety of channels Provide communications creative consultation and resource the different departments  on brand and creative matters. Own the brand guidelines and evolve them over time. Proactively  recommend creative communications for marketing purposes. Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development  individual piece designs etc. Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion. Develop internal communication material from posters to emails⦠Creative consultant on uniform design and vehicle livery. Develop internal branding. Over time grow improve and increase the standards and quality of the design team. When need be review all 3rd party agency materials developed externally and suggest improvements as needed e.g. event agency advertising agency etc. Support the marketing communications team members and assist all other 3rd party agencies on brand related matters as and when the time comes. Continually ensuring the averda logo and brand is represented correctly. Be the brand ambassador for averda. Ensure there is a full back up of all finished projects undertaken in such a manner as to make them easily retrievable at all times.
