Marketing Manager Department Commercial Reporting To GM Commercial Grade Purpose of Role Plan Develop and Direct the marketing efforts with financial ownership Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning and Direction for the set Brand portfolio. • PL coresponsibility • Conceptualization and execution of business objectives. • Ability to brief communication media research agencies • Collaboration with Operations Procurement Business Development Personnel and finance with matters pertaining the Brand maintenance and development. • Monitoring the brand performance and providing analysis towards arising issues. • Lead a team of brand managers graphic designer research PR managers. • Writing and disseminating periodicAdHoc sales and analysisRecommendation to the involved stakeholders. • Ability to negotiate and maintain a good working relationship with External SuppliersDistributers. • Lead efforts in NPD • SetRun a variety of consumer and trade promotions • Experience in Media campaigns productions • Ability to position extend and relaunch of brands • Channel strategy Category or Product performance by channel • 5P’s by channel • Shopper insight Retailer perspective • Competitive benchmarking • Trade spending strategy • Budget Business Planning Process contribute • Document Key Shopper Facts Understandings and future trends Retail EnvironmentCategory • Define shopper insights that will lead to competitive advantage share • Recommend Shopper Insight Research Opportunities by RE • Identify Opportunities for Shopper Insight Application • Define design and do PostPromotion Evaluation for Trade Promotions RequirementsRequirementsQualifications and Experience needed in order to complete the role Bachelor Degree in Business Management Mass Media Marketing or General Management. 68 Years Experience in a Brand Management Customer Marketing function at an MNCFMCG Good understanding of the FMCG business. Proficiency in MS Office with Word Excel and PowerPoint mastery. Experience in GCC market is preferable.
