Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

•Creates innovative artwork layouts and multimedia solutions for corporate marketing communications to high standards and paying close attention to detail.
•Provides a valuable source of creative problem solving and innovative ideas conveys ideas clearly and effectively.
•Manages the design phases of each project assigned including concepts and execution of final designs.
•Maintains and organises various design servers and electronic design files
•Keeps informed both on company products advances and pertinent competitive activities and materials as well as graphic design advances in terms of innovative design.
•Have the ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
•Have the ability to prioritise tasks ensuring that departmental and corporate objectives are met. Adjusts priorities quickly in response to changing corporate ampor departmental goals.
•Demonstrate the ability to create superior original design from print Web mobile online applications print items ATL and BTL items and interactive experiences.
•Adheres to set schedules and ensures product requirements and deadlines are met.

•Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the design field
•Proven knowledge of visual design corporate identity design typography illustration andor photography colour theory and interface design.
•Excellent IT skills with a functional understanding of HTML and CSS.
•Exceptional creative flair and design skills.
•Expert at executing design projects using design software on Mac OS X.
•Must be highly proficient in all products within Adobe Creative Cloud.
•Proven competence in design and image processing software.
•Must also be conversant with Windows Platform and Microsoft Office.
•Hands on experience in all phases of design processes from project initiation through to final delivery.
•Excellent time management and organisational skills.
•Accuracy and attention to detail with a strong visual sense and originality
•Must display a professional approach to time costs and deadlines.
•Must be creative independent and have the ability to work on several different projects at a time.
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
