Position Project Engineer for Infrastructure
Duties amp Responsibilities
Management and coordination of Urban Planning amp Design tasks associated with development of Jubail and Ras Al Khair RIC Industrial City.
Project conceptualization and direction of internal staff as well as external consultants in the planning design and implementation of infrastructure and development projects.
Review approval and technical direction for relevant planning amp technical studies.
Review and approval of infrastructure and development documents and reports.
Prepare essential contractual documents such as Scope of Work Request for Proposal RFP and Information Report.
Apply sustainability requirement of urban and industrial downstream clusters.
Skills amp Experience
Relevant universitycollege degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture.
Experience in Urban Planning Urban planning studies design amp development.
Supervising managing amp mentoring internal staff.
Experience in managing and directing external international consultants in best planning practices.
Ability to prepare selfstudy for issues that related to the urban planning such as sites selection and services distribution environmental impact traffic and transportation assessment realestate development evaluation of housing demand population projection statistics and legislations zoning policy and development regulation policy.
Experience in preparing inhouse master plans amp designs for specific area such as community urban design for city neighborhoods and industrial district
Proficient in the use and application of relevant business software GIS programs AutoCAD Photoshop and 3D sketch up.
