Production Manager

Main client interaction point for daytoday correspondence on all retail projects for HA Home Appliance IT ShopStandGraphicsSignage etc for AV HA and AC departments.
Receive client brief along with Retail Director and discuss details of SOW.
Site visit along with vendor and clients to ensure proper understanding of SOW.
Prepare 3D design brief for designer along with Retail Director.
Daily overview designs process and guidelines with design team and ensure it meets client requirements.
Client presentations of 3D designs along with Retail Director.
Working on design revisions with design team till final design confirmation.
Requesting and reviewing technical drawing before submitting to production vendors.
Work on cost estimation as per technical drawings with multiple suppliers.
Managing budgets on daytoday basis on the project.
Prepare and follow agreed timelines for job completion.
Coordinationfollow up with DistributorRetail partner for permissions installation municipal etc
Review production quality periodically before installation and delivery.
Looking for potential vendors and report credentials to RD Retail Director.
Preparing internal and external report Contact report completion report interim reports etc for documentation and setting right client expectations
Monthly invoicing and submission of supporting materials.
