Manpower Planning Officer

As a Manpower Planning Officer you will be responsible for assisting the section head in all activities related to Manpower Planning i.e. Collecting and analyzing data to forecast expected human resource demand assists in the design of Strategic Manpower Plans objectively evaluate all requests for additional manpower and processing the applications of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develops updates the organization charts to ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensures that requests for variation are in line with manpower plan and company policy.
• Follows up ongoing activities regarding manpower movement such as employment requisitions transfers promotions placement of temporary employees.
• Maintains updates and prepares statistical list as required for the department status report.
• Actively involved in in the collection compilation and analysis of relevant data to be used in the annual manpower planning exercise i.e. manpower chart budget performance appraisal etc.
• Use HR System SAP for processing manpower data along with using various computer programs such as database spreadsheet graphic Excel processing.
• Maintains the filing system of the Manpower Planning unit utilizes all related information references and records based on daily manpower movement .
• Updates manpower organizational chart periodically and makes necessary changes.
• Assists in drawing manpower charts verifies and checks against the approved organization chart.

Experience Required

•Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Human Resources Management or related fields.
•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources for Officer Manpower Planning.
•Excellent communication skills Bilingual Arabic and English Highly desirable.
•Knowledge of Manpower Planning Process HR policies and procedures.
