IT InstructorTraining Coordinator

As a part of the YBA Kanoo Group’s inhouse training division responsible for Inhouse as well as OnSite corporate trainings the prospective candidate will be required to impart training on MS Office package from a fresh users level to an advanced level in each of the components i.e. Word Excel Access PowerPoint and Multimedia Adobe flash Photoshop SwissMax etc.

Some of the corporate requirements would include custom solutions using MS Access hence the candidate will have to be acquainted with use of Visual Basic within Access too. Having knowledge on programming would be an added advantage.

As a training coordinator the candidate would be required to coordinate the training requirements with the divisions and maintain appropriate records of the same.

•Should be able to customize each of the Office Packages Word Excel PowerPoint Access and train.
•Should be able to impart training in MS Outlook as an email tool.
•Should be well versed in designing Dashboards in Excel.
•Should be able to design the exercises as per the departmental requirements.
•Knowledge of Macros and functions in Access is an added advantage.
•Should be having Basic knowledge of Project Management as a subject and good knowledge of MS Project 2007 or later.
•Knowledge in Primavera as project management tool will be a plus.
•Should have knowledge in Adobe Flash Swishmax as presentation tools.
•Should be able to do simple programming.
