Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Solid HTML and XSL skills
Knowledge in Flash Dream weaver Photoshop Fireworks DHML XML XSLCSS ASP and other front end scripting languages
Interface development in .NET using ASPX and PHP
Experienced with Object Oriented design and development is a plus.
Good sense of graphic design including color composition and typography.
Understand bandwidth limitations and optimization tactics.
Understand browser nuances and resolution issues.
Must be familiar with cross browserplatform compatibility issues.
Familiarity with user interface issues pertaining to navigation usability and functionality a plus.
Must be proficient in MS web technologies and can adapt quickly to the environment.
Knowledge of current web based development techniques documentation techniques and project development lifecycles.
Ability to grasp new technologies and skills quickly and have a strong desire to explore new ideas and continually learn.
