Department Customer Development Customer Marketing Job Position Customer Marketing Executive Reports to Customer Development Operations Manager Location Oman Main purpose of the role The Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for the implementation of all assigned instore activations in Oman Main Accountabilities · Execute agreed activation plans in the Oman as assigned o Follow upconfirm with account executives floorgondola sizes and OSD plan and installationdismantling dates. o Manage changes required based on customer feedback. o Summarize confirmed plan and cascade to Asst Customer Marketing Manager and agencies. o Daily coordination with suppliers and accountedge executives on implementation details until after dismantling date. o Monitor and ensure that the right POSMsgifts reaches destination ontime. o Provide support to account team and suppliers during installation. o Prepare implementation report immediately after the implementation night. Implemnted vs Planned o Ensure that all drop boxes are delivered to the draw venue ontime. o Coordinate promotion draw with agency and municipality. o Prepare post activation documentation photos implemented vs planned etc · Coordinate activation details with other markets o Assist Asst. Customer Marketing Manager in following up activation details with contacts from other markets. o Coordinate dispatch of POSMs with suppliers and other markets and make sure that the right POSMs reach ontime. o Compile photos of the activation photos implmented vs planned etc · Administrative tasks Activity Proposal raising Purchase Requisitions Budget Management · Work closely with the in house Graphic designer to fine tune design collaterals · Work closely with Channel Sales teams to ensure smooth landing of activations · Lead Customer Channel specific activations conceptualisation planning and execution · Work closely with Suppliers and Buying teams Key Relationships · Customer Channel Marketing Manager · Assistant Customer Marketing Manager · Brand Building Teams · Channel Sales Teams · ATL BTL Suppliers and Agencies Relevant Experience Years of Experience · Must have a Degree · High Excel PowerPoint Outlook Internet skills · Two years' FMCG experience in Sales Marketing preferable · Needs to be Arabic English speaking To Apply To apply please visit take a more...
