The Role
The Role Job Purpose

• Lead the Outgoing Sales team in order to plan organize manage and control the daily operations including SME Direct sales and Roadshow Sales
• Deliver and provision of service of all VIVA products and services to the mass market and business customers
• Lead the team in achieving sales targets with maximization of efficiency effectiveness and customer satisfaction to retain existing business customers and attract new ones

Responsibilities

• Direct monitor and lead the development of outgoing sales strategies business plan projects and budget in line with the SaleCo strategy
• Develop monitor and lead Outgoing Sales Department’s performance against preset KPI’s in line with the Outgoing sales Strategy and recommend corrective actions accordingly
• Propose new initiatives plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Outgoing Sales function
• Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors’ activities
• Oversee and monitor Outgoing Sales contracts for all products and services for Direct SalesSME and Roadshow Sales
• Support the identification of target companies included in SmallMedium Enterprises SMEs Small Office Home Office and Enterprises segments to whom SaleCo could provide its outgoing services
• Develop and review the sales quotations related to Direct SalesSMERoadshow Sales
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key contacts within the business organizations to promote product offerings and identify new leads
• Actively engage in building strong relationships with key business partners
• Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase direct sales and outgoing accounts expand markets and promote business in Bahrain and coordinate this development with the respective stakeholders
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the products and services
• Manage and develop direct reportees i.e. Sales Executives Coordinators Team Leader Roadshow staff to deliver on the promise of Sales numbers achievement
• Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions
• Review all reports prepared by subordinates and prepare periodic Sales Reports with respect to the department’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the CEO
• Ensure Outgoing Sales segment’s profitability and attain sales targets and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
• Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix
• Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager
• Ensure daily monitoring follow up and coaching of direct reports
• Engage in and ensure communication with counterpart and stakeholders
• Effectively execute on plans and strategies Requirements
Requirements • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Outgoing Sales SMEDirect Sales including two years experience in a senior management role within Outgoing Sales
• Telecom experience is required
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration Computer Science IT or engineering
• Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage About the Company
