As a successful FlashSystem Sales Leader you will lead the sales of
FlashSystem storage products to accounts within a particular territory. Your
focus area will be products from IBM Flash Storage family FlashSystem Family
and knowledge of their product range will be preferable but is not mandatory.
You will be responsible for all aspects of a sale and we expect you to
understand client requirements and drive the sales effort towards IBMs Flash
products. This is a role that has a degree of technical knowledge and proven
ablility and experience in leading complex Sales activities .You will also
develop partnerships with multiple levels and types of personnel in customer
organizations. You will lead account development through the sales process to
achieve successful delivery of solution and closure of sales. You will also
provide feedback to marketing and development areas. The Sales Leader is also
responsible to provide sales guidance to all IBMers storage sellers in the
designated region. The leader as its name implies is also to become the
focal point and build solid relationships with other sales and brand resources
in various IBM product brands. The Leader will also be required to present the
product to customer and prospects as well as internal audiences. Presentation
skills are critical. We are looking for a candidate with several years of
proven experience within storage sales and account development. An additional
experience in Storage systems technical sales is an advantage. You need to be
able to speak English fluently and be based preferable or UAE. Be comfortable
speaking in public generating own collateral and presentation materials. The
region to cover is Middle East and Africa. The leader is also responsible to
provide sales enablement to Business Partners and IBMers. The Sales leader
will be measure on quota attainment designated to the region.
