An integrated media agency in the UAE is urgently hiring an Art Director The Art Director will be a key driver of the look and feel of the client's marketing needs and be able to take on large scale branding ideas and executions. This position must be able to distill concepts into tangible layouts and be able to create a visual vocabulary for all print and digital materials. The candidate must be a design expert with extensive brand experience and have extensive experience in producing clientfacing print and multimedia materials. This position must possess superior graphic design and typography skills and be knowledgeable about photography. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated collaborative a conceptual thinker and be knowledgeable about current trends in design and photography. Responsibilities Design and art direction of direct mail instore graphics presentations printdigital collateral and motion graphics Generate and execute ideas that bring the creative brand platform to life Communicate and distill conceptual ideas to cross functional partners Conceptualize brainstorm and execute collateral and branded platform ideas Supervision of all preand postproduction work Quality control of design team's output Manage into tight deadlines Collaborate closely with Creative Director and Art Directors Partner with Copy writersEditors from concept through final expression Work with the Brand marketing team to design branded platforms Work with the PR team to execute branded events QUALIFICATIONS BFA in Graphic Design or similar discipline 7 years experience within brand Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process Selfmotivated and team oriented Must be able to troubleshoot and be solution oriented Must be able to thrive in fastpaced high volume environment Technical skills required Advanced Photoshop Advanced InDesign Advanced Illustrator
