•Create an annual calendar of events in regards to marketing and promotional activities that will increase in footfall generating customer awareness enhancing the brand image of the centre.
•Work actively with Tenants with the objective to facilitate cross promotions and to increase footfall via different events.
•Design develop and hold seasonal based marketing events to help provide a unique position for the property
•Closely monitor marketing activities of competitors its cost and impact
•Plan for marketing key events opportunities during festive season and shopping festivals and will be responsible for execute the same
•Must be able to prepare Creative briefs and an ATL BTL marketing strategy events tools and material inline with the brand positioning and tactical promotional strategies of the mall
•Ensure all necessary permits and license are acquired timely and the events are organized in compliance with audit requirements and government guidelines
•Increase business by liaising with tenants third parties for sponsorship and collaboration leading to increased footfall
•Maintain mall website and mobile application and ensure increased traffic
•Create visual merchandises magazine newsletter customer loyalty program etc to support marketing activities
•Conduct market surveys and research to understand consumer preferences and recommend management
•Objectively evaluate vendors for marketing events and negotiate for the most cost effective service.
Skills
•Candidates possessing bilingual English and Arabic skills will be an added advantage
•Must be creative and innovative
•Excellent English communications and presentation skills both verbal and written
•Proficient in computer graphic tools and applications excel power point and word
•Strong negotiation and public relations and networking skills.
