This is a performancebased position and bonuses for closing contracts or generating revenue are a significant portion of the compensation package. Bonuses amounting to QR 100000 per year are expected for exceptional performance.
Who we are looking for
You will report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing plans including direct sales as well as PR and advertising campaigns inline with company budgets. You will need to be strategic and organize marketing campaigns as well as execute and liaise directly with potential customers. Our company’s service lines including provision of rental housing as an agentbroker relocation services for corporate entities relocating expats into Qatar and a Handy Man service for expat tenants.
Summary of job functions
•Create strategic marketing plans and advise the General Manager on effective avenues to market the Q Homes service lines in the Qatari market
•Manage the entire prospecting lead capture initial sales call and sales closing process for the Q Corporate service line
•Manage the document control aspects of the position – provide reports and status updates to the General Manager and the Board regarding marketing spend and client contacts
•Source advertising opportunities and manage the company’s advertising campaigns in conjunction with the company graphic designer
•Source and attend networking events make connections and increase the company’s market presence through PR
oAfterhours attendance of networking events is a requirement of this position
•Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results inline with company metrics
•Assist the General Manager to manage and maintain client relationships by scheduling meetings occasionally attending meetings and organizing the company’s lead prospecting process for new clients
•Create forms and templates in accordance with company procedures
•Follow up document trails with corporate clients organize all correspondence ensure that corporate clients respond in a timely manner and send reports to the General Manager
•Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records correspondence and other material
•Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word Outlook Powerpoint Excel Access to produce correspondence and documents
Skills
Education skills and experience
Bachelor’s college degree strongly preferred
Prior marketing advertising sales or PR experience required
Excellent phone skills including phone sales skills
Relevant training or qualification in administrative management
Preferred experience in real estate sales brokerage or corporate relocation industries
Knowledge of the relocation mobility recruitment industry would be an added advantage
Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications spreadsheets word processing and database management
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Proficient in spelling punctuation grammar and other English language skills
