Job summary

Responsible in developing the gifting business within Candylicious and Hershey’s Chocolate World retail outlets and manage the partyevents activities of the concepts.

Major responsibilities and accountabilities

Prepare designs for the gift range following categories seasons and price points required.
Manage and monitor display of all gift items in the stores.
Ensure that the gift team in the respective stores are briefed and trained accordingly.
Work together with the store team to ensure that the standard is followed at all times and goals are achieved.
Handle all gifting related inquiries meet and deal with clients including corporate gifting prepare seasonal gifting ecatalogues send out to potential clients follow up and close sales.
Develop party and event packages.
Build and maintain the inventory of supplies and equipment for the party and event business.
Handle all partyevents related inquiries meet and deal with clients follow up close sales and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Ability to learn basic sales and marketing skills for client presentations
Creative with a good sense of style.
Possibly with fashionfloristgraphic designgiftingparty plannerhotel banqueting background.
Very well organized and detail oriented.
Very good interpersonal skills can deal with clients professionally pleasantly.
A plus point if have sales network for corporate gifting.
Posses a driving license.
A good team player will work very closely with the stores.
Customer Service Oriented
Performance driven to exceed set standards and goals
Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedule

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field andor oneyear of buying experience
Or any equivalent combination of experience andor education from which comparable knowledge skills and abilities have been achieved.
