ABOUT SSH DESIGN
SSH formerly Salem AlMarzouk and Sabah AbiHanna was founded in Kuwait in 1961. Since then we have expanded to become one of the MENA regionâs leading Architecture and Engineering firms.
We played a key role in the planning design and delivery of modern Kuwaitâs infrastructure. We have led many landmark projects that have reshaped the nationâs skyline enhanced its urban fabric improved transportation networks and promoted economic growth.
Today SSH International employs 500 people and has offices in Kuwait Oman Abu Dhabi and South Africa. We are currently ranked at number 97 in the world by World Architecture Magazine and at number 8 in our region.

Job Description
The role represents a key investment for SSH as part of its strategy to become the consultant strategic partner and employer of choice in the MENA region. You will therefore enjoy support at the highest level in the business and a remuneration package that reflects the strategic significance of this role to the successful delivery of our 5 year business plan. This support will extend to equity participation at partnership level for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be a qualified Architect Engineer or Project Manager with a track record of relationship development and major project delivery in the KSA market. Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but more important will be your detailed knowledge and experience of the East KSA AEC sector as well as the gravitas and credibility required to establish and develop close relationships with key customers and joint venture partners. You will work with an ambitious and driven leadership team in an environment of considerable autonomy where authority for decisionmaking is delegated to key individuals along with responsibility for results. Your drive and ambition will match ours and contribute to the successful delivery of a key element of SSHâs aggressive expansion plans in the Middle East region.
